Say Hello To The New Clik Remote

As you may already know, we’re working hard on a BIG update for Clik Remote. This update is so big, we’re naming it Clik Remote 6. As previously mentioned, the update will bring a brand new, fresh user interface (UI) that will make your user experience a lot easier. But that’s not all.

We’re also introducing a greater level of control over what staff and customers can see; right down to the columns in grids. If that’s not enough to get you even more excited for this launch, we’ve put together four great features that will be added, complete with all new screenshots of the software in action.

New Search

The updated search tool is a lot more powerful than you’ve seen it before and can be easily found at the top of your screen. You can use this to quickly locate equipment by serial/make/model, for example.

Redesigned Engineers Schedule

Contract View Option

Contract and contract visits will now be an option to view in the Manager module.

  1. Will Customers be able to change the status on quotes ?
We need this function to allow our customers to approve quotes we have them already viewing the quotes but are unable to change the status.

Also on the quote list you cannot add the Site column you can only find which site the quote is for be opening each quote.

    1. Hi Simon,

Thank you for your comment. Site location will be available in the Clik Remote 6 quote column chooser. We will also be looking into future updates to give your customers the chance to change the quote status, provide references, add comments and accept or reject quotes. We will be providing further details regarding these updates following the release of the software.

      Hope that helps.

Feel free to send over any further questions you may have.

      Thanks – Jess
