Here are just some of the ways you can help support your team when using the NICEIC Cert Software. Including how to use the built-in features and details of our brand-new training course.

 

NICEIC Cert Software Training Course

Training can be an excellent way to brush up on your knowledge and ensure you know how to get the most out of your software package. Starting in August 2020, we’re hosting a two-part series of live training webinars for NICEIC Cert Software users, covering everything you need to know about using the software.

The course is split into two webinars and will take place over two days. The first course will be on 11 & 13 August and the second course takes place on 8 & 10 September.

  • Two sessions lasting approximately 2 hours (10 am – 12pm)
  • Get your questions answered in text chat and a live Q&A to finish
  • You will receive the link to the recording after the events so you can re-watch or catch up whenever you want
  • £150 (excl. VAT) per person for the full two-part course

So, if you’re new to the software or you just want to improve your current understanding of the certification process, the NICEIC Cert Software training course is a great place to get started. Online Training

Hourly online training could also be beneficial for teams or individuals when looking for a more bespoke one-on-one session with our experts. Choose the date and topic of your choice and we’ll take care of the rest.

Built-In User Help Features

If you’ve been using the NICEIC Cert Software for a while now, you may have noticed a small question mark icon in the upper right of the desktop. What you may not know is what it is for and why it could be useful.

With a direct connection to our support site, this handy pop-out tab can offer assistance when using a feature that is new to you. You won’t have to leave the software and go searching for the information you need; simply click on the ‘?’ and quickly find the relevant support guides and videos.

This feature was added to the software in November 2019. Make sure you are running the latest updates and try it out for yourself.
