Action List Reports Added To Clik Service
Clik Service update 322 is here and it brings a couple of new features to the software. Action List Reports will allow you to create bespoke reports for data collected within Action Lists linked to Job Sheets, Quotes and Projects.
Joanne from ACE Lifts Ltd got to have a little sneak peek into the new action list report feature before the official release. We asked her about her experience and how ACE Lifts will be using the new feature. Here’s what she had to say:
“Our company has a huge amount of service contracts, we utilize the Action List facility to create a ‘tick list’ which supports our engineers to efficiently report what routine maintenance tasks have been carried out on each site visit. This service report is then completed via their PDA and sent back to the office to then be easily emailed over to the customer.
Whilst we have always been able to report on-site service visits completed in Clik there has been a missing link; we were not able to run reports on the results of the Action List. This latest release will now enable us to run reports easily via the reporting wizard. We can then download this data into Excel format and upload into to our bespoke lift remote monitoring system, this will enable the customer to not only see how their lift is running but it will also allow them to check what routine maintenance tasks and H&S issues have been identified and reported on at each visit. A big step forward for us in customer service and support.”
